There is a very important key to a person's success that is often overlooked. It's not a special way we comb our hair or a special scent of perfume, but rather something that we have been working on since birth.
It is our ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Strong language skills are absolutely required to survive and succeed in today’s business world. This skill is even more necessary for somebody who works in a position that requires them to interact with the public or large amounts of their cow workers. When they deal with customers or business partners they are representing their employer. If they communicate effectively, they built a positive image for the company and themselves, which can lead to promotions or raises.
Even before someone starts a job, their communication skills are important. In a typical interview the applications are givens a brief amount of time to show their ability to speak, listen, and respond in clear and concise manner. If they use the correct words in the correct context they are much likely to receive the job. The idea behind the interview process is actually quite simple. The prospective employer has already seen their resumes, checked their work history and references, and often seen their college transcripts. The whole purpose of the interview process is to speak with them directly, and see how polished the applicant’s verbal skills are.

Nonverbal communications (NVC) is usually understood as the process of communication through sending and receiving wordless messages. Language is not one source of communication, there are other means also. NVC can be communicated through gestures and touch, by body language or posture, by facial expression and eye contact. NVC can be communicated through object communication such as clothing, hairstyles or even architecture, symbols and info graphics. Advantages of non verbal communication are that you can use it, when there is no use of verbal communication. Some times when you don't want to tell something to everyone, you can use nonverbal communication to tell something only to the person you want. Eye contact is very important in every type of communication, and also very helpful in understanding between two people. Besides that, you can communicate with someone who is hard of hearing of deaf or communicate at place where you are supposed to maintain silence. You can communicate something which you don't want others to hear or listen to and if you are far away from a person, the person can see but not hear you. Non-verbal communication makes conversation short and brief. You can save on time and use it as a tool to communicate with people who don't understand your language.
